3. WhatsApp Data & Messaging Privacy
When a customer submits a booking request, CatalogFlow constructs a structured WhatsApp link or sends an automated OTP via encrypted API protocols. Message contents are delivered directly to your official business phone number.

CatalogFlow implements industry-standard encryption, SSL transport security, and database access controls to safeguard your profile and customer data against unauthorized access.
