1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing, browsing, or using the CatalogFlow platform (available at catalogflow.in and subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. CatalogFlow is operated by Ojustek Solutions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Merchant Storefronts & Services
CatalogFlow enables independent professionals, businesses, tutors, photographers, makeup artists, bakeries, and manufacturers to build digital sales catalogues and receive direct WhatsApp customer enquiries. Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their pricing, service packages, photos, and fulfillment.
3. Booking & Direct WhatsApp Enquiries
CatalogFlow facilitates direct peer-to-peer customer communication over WhatsApp and UPI payment link generation. CatalogFlow does not charge commission fees on direct customer bookings unless explicitly specified under a premium payment gateway integration plan.
4. User Accounts & Subdomain Customization
Merchants are assigned custom subdomains (e.g. yourbusiness.catalogflow.in). Merchants must not claim subdomains that infringe upon registered trademarks, brand names, or impersonate other businesses. CatalogFlow reserves the right to reclaim or modify subdomains violating intellectual property rights.
5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All software, algorithms, designs, and brand elements of CatalogFlow belong to Ojustek Solutions. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or scrape content from CatalogFlow without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
CatalogFlow provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ojustek Solutions is not liable for disputes, cancellations, delays, or service quality issues arising between end customers and independent service professionals listed on CatalogFlow.
